BLISSOO is systematically collecting and preserving evidence, conducting continuous monitoring of relevant platforms. In cases involving repeated, aggravated, or materially harmful violations, BLISSOO will not issue prior warnings, engage in settlement discussions, or extend any form of leniency.

Anonymity, pseudonymity, or the use of intermediary accounts does not exempt any individual or entity from legal responsibility. Any party found to have participated in the creation, dissemination, reproduction, or amplification of unlawful or harmful content will be held fully liable.

Reports received via our official reporting channels are formally reviewed and may be utilized as part of evidence collection and legal proceedings. Such cooperation materially supports enforcement actions and the protection of the artist’s rights under applicable laws.
